Site Clearances
We remove all builder's waste, including Hardcore. Due to traffic restrictions in many London streets, getting permission to site a skip outside is at best a lengthy process and at worst impossible. A simple and cost effective alternative is to schedule regular collections by JMC Waste ensuring your site is always easy to work in and looks neat and tidy at all times.
House Clearances
Our expert team will attend and remove all unwanted household items, including furniture, carpeting etc. Our lorries always have 2 operatives on board meaning you can relax while we do all the work. All items will be broken up and loaded onto our vehicles and removed leaving all areas clean and tidy.
Scrap Metals
Scrap metal removed at no cost to the Customer. If you are in possession of precious metals we will negotiate you receiving a payment for us to take away. Precious metals included, aluminium, brass, copper, bright wire.
Garden Clearances
Gardens cleared of all unwanted foliage, plants and vegetation. We will also remove unwanted outside sheds, fencing etc.
Hardcore Clearances
We will bag up and take away hard-core at a greatly reduced cost to you, the customer.
Strip Out works
We have many years experience in stripping out buildings as a sub contractor to re-fit companies. We will strip the building back to it's shell ready for your operatives to begin the refit.
